Frequently asked questions:

• Can I bring my cats own bedding to the cattery?
  Yes of course.   You are welcome to bring anything that will fit in the pen, but please don't bring precious things that cannot be washed or replaced.
  Can I bring prescription foods?
  Yes of course, but please make sure we have plenty to last for the entire stay - it can be hard to get certain diets at short notice.
  How do I pay for my cats stay?
  You are very welcome to pay by B.A.C.S or cash.  You will receive an invoice with all banking details on it when you collect your cat.
  Are your pens heated as I want to book a winter stay for my cat?
  Yes.  All pens have a panel heater that keeps the pens nice and toasty when necessary.
  If my cat is on a very strict diet, are you happy to  maintain it whilst they are at the cattery?
  Yes, we are happy to measure food and feed at exact times of the day if necessary.
